Essential Duties and Responsibilities (up to 7)
Provide sales and marketing strategy, leadership and direction for one or more product lines and its sales team; drive profitable and sustainable growth objectives for the product line
Develop and implement proper performance metrics for sales objectives and sales team performance; report on revenue, margin, pipeline etc. statistics to plant, management and executive leadership
Build, grow, and maintain relationships with key customers; collect, compile and act on Voice of the Customer data
Coordinate marketing, advertising and promotion efforts for product family
Participate on cross functional teams to ensure customer objectives are communicated
Facilitate business development initiatives based on company strategic objectives
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, and/or Market Analysis position , sales managed preferred
