Essential Duties and Responsibilities (up to 7)

Determine the sequence of steps in manufacturing processes, such as fabrication and assembly,

required to complete product development while meeting safety, quality and cost goals

Utilize product drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to develop processes

Conduct time studies; determine manufacturing process times

Prepare work instructions detailing process steps

Employ Lean and Six Sigma concepts and practices; conduct Kaizen events; improve safety, cost,

quality and productivity on existing processes

 

Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field

One year of experience in engineering process preferred

Experience in a Lean/Six Sigma environment
