Essential Duties and Responsibilities (up to 7)
Develop and implement processes in a manufacturing environment; make recommendations for improvements to production methods
Conduct time studies; determine manufacturing capacities, assist in production scheduling
Advises on design, fabrication, and modification of products for manufacturability
Support manufacturing operations such as: machining, tooling, welding, and assembly
Employ Lean and Six Sigma concepts and practices; conduct Kaizen events
May assign work to technical staff and manufacturing personnel
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum of one (1) year of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience in a Lean/Six Sigma environment
