Essential Duties and Responsibilities (up to 7)
- Develop and implement processes in a manufacturing environment; make recommendations for improvements to production methods
- Conduct time studies; determine manufacturing capacities, assist in production scheduling
- Advises on design, fabrication, and modification of products for manufacturability
- Support manufacturing operations such as: machining, tooling, welding, and assembly
- Employ Lean and Six Sigma concepts and practices; conduct Kaizen events
- May assign work to technical staff and manufacturing personnel
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preffered
- One (1) year of engineering experience or internship preferred
- Experience within the industry
