Education and Training:

  • Bachelor's      Degree in Business or Technical Field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 2      – 3 years Customer Service experience in a fast pace manufacturing      business to business environment   .

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handling of all incoming customer calls/contacts regarding order processing, product availability, order delivery, order tracking, pricing, general product information, and product quotation for both new and expired customer business.
  • Acting as liaison between internal departments including but not limited to sales, manufacturing, engineering, and quality to ensure all customers receive a positive Osborn experience.  
  • Exceptional problem solving skills concerning troubleshooting customer orders, order tracking, follow up and follow through with internal departments/individuals.    
  • Working with a high degree of accuracy following established company/department policies and procedures.
  • Initiating and maintaining customer information in SAP system. 
  • Retaining an advanced knowledge of product information by participating in ongoing  training. 
  • Participation in daily production meetings regarding order status and customer concerns.
  • Preparation of necessary reports as requested.
  • Assist in training any new customer service associates as needed.
  • Preform all other duties as assigned. 

Competencies:

  • Working      knowledge of SAP system (preferred)
  • 1 – 2 years      Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong      reasoning ability
  • Strong      analysis ability
