Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct communications, design, development, process integration and costing activities for assigned programs from conception to commercialization
  • Develop and manage project timelines, goals and targets using APQP processes
  • Coordinate all departments, suppliers and customers as necessary to facilitate resolution to program issues
  • Drive cost reduction initiatives through the product development process
  • Monitor project performance against project plans; expedite and adjust plans as required to meet deadlines
  • Prepare reports on project status for communication to internal teams, management and customers


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Design or Engineering

  • Five (5) or more years experience in program or project management; manufacturing experience required

  • Understanding of materials, manufacturing operations, process flow, inventory, costing etc.

  • Proven experience managing multiple programs/projects at a given time
