Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, courteous, and immediate responses to user support issues
  • Provide support within a Windows OS PC Environment
  • Complete network configuration of devices
  • Utilize support ticketing system (Service Now) for all support issues and escalations
  • Work directly with IT infrastructure and application teams on support solutions
  • Support common user hardware including PC's, printers, monitors, handheld scanners, and interface devices
  • Maintain local inventory and lifecycle replacement of PC's
  • Address local remediation of security threats and concerns
  • Image and Deploy Hardware
  • Update Active Directory Objects

 

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma; Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred
  • One or more years experience in a helpdesk support position
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, IOS and Android OS
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
  • Ability to multitask and work in a remote and independent setting with cross-functional teams
  • Valid Driver's License
