Essential Duties and Responsibilities (up to 7)

  • Direct oversight, strategy and operations of the US quality function
  • Develop and approve quality control specifications and standards for manufacturing
  • Ensure the legal and certification compliance of all procedures and practices; audit procedures (internally and externally)
  • Analyze quality control data and develop action plans for to address areas of weaknesses
  • Liaises with external vendors, contractors or suppliers to ensure that their products or services meet the organization's quality standards
  • Manage a team of quality personnel; develop and mentor team for success by modeling Jason's High Performance Culture Guidelines

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • A minimum of seven (7) years of experience with quality systems, including supervision
  • Strong emphasis on state and local safety regulations, safety compliance and training
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Demonstrated individual success and team motivation in a High Performance Culture
