Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide sales and marketing strategy, leadership and direction for one or more product lines and its sales team; drive profitable and sustainable growth objectives for the product line
  • Develop and implement proper performance metrics for sales objectives and sales team performance; report on revenue, margin, pipeline etc. statistics to plant, management and executive leadership
  • Build, grow, and maintain relationships with key customers; collect, compile and act on Voice of the Customer data
  • Coordinate marketing, advertising and promotion efforts for product family
  • Participate on cross functional teams to ensure customer objectives are communicated
  • Facilitate business development initiatives based on company strategic objectives

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, and/or Market Analysis position , sales managed preferred
